Here are some of our most frequently asked questions.  Please look through this list before contacting us for customer support.  If you cannot find the answer to the question you are looking for, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

When will I receive my order?

In general, after the order is placed, preparing and processing takes 1-2 business days.  Once shipped, transit times vary depending on your shipping address location relative you ours, but generally takes 1-6 business days. We will email you the Fedex tracking info also so you can track your shipment online.

What is the 60 day guarantee?



We accept the return of products within 60 days from the date of purchase.   A return will include a full refund of the machine. Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging.  All refunds are applied to the same credit card used in the initial purchase.

What is the warranty?
 

The microdermabrasion machines come with a 5-year warranty on all the parts (including the motor), labor and shipping .  If something breaks due to a defect of the item, Macroderma.com will replace the part free of charge with no shipping costs for the customer.  All replacement parts are shipped with a standard ground service.  We will provide assistance over the phone. If we cannot fix the machine with the part we just simply replace and send a new machine

What is the optional extended limited warranty?

The extended 10 year warranty has the same coverage as the one included with the machine and adds an additional 5 years for a total of 10 years. This covers all parts (including the motor), labor, and shipping for a total of 10 years.  If the motor breaks down from normal wear and tear within 10 years, Macroderma will replace your machine free of charge.  The extended limited warranty costs $100 at the time of purchase.

Will I get a tracking number once my order is shipped?

I Once an order is shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
